Patricia Brier - Fine Art Digital Conceptualization

"Inspiring, thought-provoking, beautiful, groundbreaking, inventive, unique"
These are just some of the adjectives that have been aplied to Patricia Brier's creations. She describes her creative process as follows:

"After spending several years as a photographer, I decided to focus on the fine art aspect of photography, shooting the usual in unusual ways, and seeing light and moments as others might not.

Combining this with my fine art and graphic design background I progressed into photomontage work, some with quotes and some without. Following recent trips to galleries and other areas in Iceland, Slovenia and Croatia, I have been inspired to take photomontage into a whole new area, blurring the lines of recognizable photography into a more contemporary fine art form which I call “Fine Art Digital Conceptualization.”

What is Digital Conceptualization? To create an image of that which isn’t, using photographic images of that which is, while remaining true to the original vision. The final image tells a story that can be uniqely written by each viewer, as they see it. Any words included merely act as a starting point for the individual stories."
